OAIRC – TechStep is a part owner of OAIRC which deals in model helicopters and other radio control products. OAIRC was established in 2001 and has its office in Taiwan.

Tiny Tots – Is an ice cream company, a joint venture with Concepts and More. The first outlet was launched in 2003 and now has outlets in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta and South Africa.

Taurus International – Techstep has a joint venture with Taurus International Ltd in the telecom business. Taurus International was established in 1991. The corporate head office is located in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. Branch and project offices are maintained through out the country when and where needed.
